Order Cancellation Policy

1. Unshipped Order: Free full cancellation is available within 24 hours after payment confirmation before shipment arranged.

2. Packaged / Shipped Order: Once order is packed or dispatched, free cancellation is not available. Buyer will bear all round trip shipping and handling cost for return interception.

3. Custom Order: Custom cut custom sized bulk special project orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed.
