Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your package to request a return.

2. Return Condition: Only unused, uncut, uninstalled, undamaged and factory original packaged garage floor grids are qualified for return.

3. Shipping Responsibility:

◦ Buyer is responsible for all return and original shipping costs for non-defective & personal reason returns.

◦ We cover all return shipping fees for defective items wrong item delivery or transit damage, we offer full refund or free replacement.

4. Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking handling fee will be applied to all non-quality related returns.

5. Final Sale Items: Custom sized cut modified bulk project orders are final sale, NO returns accepted.

6. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.

7. Damage Claim: All damage shortage claims must be submitted within 24 hours after delivery with clear photo/video proof.

8. No return or compensation will be offered for items that have been installed altered misused or improperly applied.
